1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and the Platform Suite early-access program. By using the site or submitting the early-access form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Pre-launch status
Platform Suite is in development. Everything described on this site is a statement of intent, not a commitment to deliver a specific feature by a specific date. Features, scope, timing, and pricing may change. Nothing here is an offer to sell a product or a binding contract for future software.
3. No clinical or professional advice
This site provides general information about a software product. It is not medical, legal, billing, or compliance advice, and it should not be relied on as such. You are responsible for your own regulatory obligations, including those under HIPAA.
4. Do not submit PHI
Do not send protected health information, patient identifiers, or other sensitive clinical data through this website or by replying to marketing email. This site is not covered by a Business Associate Agreement and is not designed to receive PHI.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to breach or test the security of the site, submit false information, scrape it at volume, use automated tools to flood the form, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may block access for any of these reasons.
6. Early-access program
Joining the list does not guarantee acceptance into the private beta. Participation is at our discretion, may be limited, and may be ended at any time. Design partners may be asked to sign a separate agreement covering confidentiality, feedback, and data handling before receiving access.
6a. Pricing and the price guarantee
The tier prices published on this site are early-access / founding-practice rates. Any package price, savings comparison, or price guarantee becomes binding only when it appears in a written quote or signed agreement from us. The guarantee is based on the documented current cost of the tools your practice asks us to replace, as provided by you in writing, and excludes pass-through charges billed at cost, such as e-prescribing, clearinghouse transactions, telephony usage above your allowance, and interpreter services. Third-party costs shown on this site are commonly reported market ranges as of the date noted, not quotes from those vendors, and they change without notice. Subscriptions are billed month to month with no minimum term, and no early-termination fee applies, unless a signed order form states otherwise. While your subscription is active, you may export your practice data in FHIR and CSV formats from within the application at any time, at no additional charge.
7. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use them to improve the product, without obligation or compensation. Do not send us anything you consider confidential unless we have a signed agreement in place.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the Platform Suite name and marks belong to us. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without written permission.
9. Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to hello@example.com.
